1–2 weeks for extensions and full color, especially around holidays and wedding season; a few days for cuts and blow-outs.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice for a full deposit refund; late cancellations forfeit any deposit.

Extensions and color pricing depend on your hair's length, density, and condition — the listed minimum is a real starting point, confirmed exactly at consultation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, for color and extension services, applied to your final total.
Is the cost of extension hair included in the installation price?
No — hair is sourced and quoted separately based on your desired length, color, and volume.

Are you certified in hair extensions?
Yes, Jessica is a Bellami Certified Hair Extension Specialist, in addition to being a dedicated Color Specialist.
How often do Micro-Beaded Flex Weft extensions need maintenance?
A move-up every 4–6 weeks, with a full reinstall recommended after your third move-up.
What if I don't love my color?
Come back and talk to Jessica directly — every color appointment starts with an honest conversation about what's achievable and how to adjust it.
GENERAL
Is this a solo studio?
Yes — every appointment, every visit, is with Jessica directly. No rotating stylists.
Do you offer home visits?
Limited home visits may be available for select extension maintenance — ask when you book.
What areas do you serve?
